Health and Wealth 
Flex-Ability is our flexible benefit program that provides our employees with a solid foundation of core benefit coverage while enabling the freedom to customize their benefit coverage that best suits their individual needs. As an employee, you may select varying levels of medical, dental, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and long-term disability coverage. Our program also offers the option to purchase vacation days or spend benefit credits on approved services through a health care spending account.

Deferred profit sharing plan: A 100% company-paid benefit, this reward is based on our yearly performance. The plan is designed to provide you with a base of invested capital that can generate income in retirement.
Stock purchase plan: This optional plan enables employees to purchase Canadian Tire shares through payroll deductions. Each year, program participants are eligible to receive a bonus of additional shares based on their personal contributions to the plan.
Store employee discount: Team members are eligible for a discount on merchandise purchased online or in person with a Canadian Tire Options® MasterCard® from Canadian Tire, PartSource, Mark’s Work Wearhouse and L’Équipeur stores.
