 What is Emerging Marketers?

Canadian Tire’s Marketing Leadership Development Program provides an opportunity for newly graduated marketing professionals to develop broad marketing expertise and a thorough understanding of core marketing principles. The program is designed to attract, train and promote high potential individuals within our marketing team.

Emerging Marketers – Leadership Development Program is a 2-year rotational program comprised of three 8-month rotations within one of the core areas of marketing where successful candidates can expect to gain foundational knowledge and experience in:

  1. Strategic Marketing-Advertising & Brand Strategy
  2. Marketing Promotions & Planning
  3. Digital Marketing-Search & Performance, Digital content, and Social Media
  4. Sports Partnerships
  5. Loyalty & Customer Insights
  6. Consumer Brands

You’ll get exposure across the marketing function of the organization, and work closely with merchandising, external agencies, and our vendor partners to help bring marketing campaigns to life.
