The communities we serve are an integral part of our identity and values. We strive to realize our Brand Purpose by encouraging our employees and store networks to connect with local organizations and leaders within their communities. We know that by working together, we can Make Life in Canada Better for all.

Across CTC, we promote community growth and development through many wide-reaching and grassroots initiatives, working hand-in-hand with local partners. These initiatives include developing an employment pipeline for newcomers to Canada, breaking down barriers and championing access to sport for kids, and working with disaster relief partners to provide emergency support to communities impacted by extreme weather. Through these activities and more, we are committed to making a difference that will help all Canadians prosper.
