We are dedicated to fostering a culture of ongoing education, development, and learning. In this spirit of learning, we offer a rotational program for recent graduates, where participants move through 3 eight-month rotations across a variety of technology teams. This program is a great opportunity to gain exposure to new technologies, build networks, collaborate across teams, and grow your knowledge about different areas of business. Canadian owned and operated since 1922, we’ve built a trusted brand that spans over 15 business units. Now, our teams are joining forces across technologies, skillsets and competencies, to redefine the way millions of Canadians experience the retail world.

Machine learning. Artificial intelligence. Cybersecurity. Cloud computing. Blockchain. Mobile development. We channel tomorrow’s tech into today’s solutions. This makes it easier for Canadians to experience, find, understand, access, purchase and use our products and services across each of our banners and brands. It also tees up our colleagues and friends across the organization to work better, together.

I’ve been referred for a role, what do I do?

If a Canadian Tire employee has successfully referred you to a position, you will receive an email with a link inviting you to submit a profile.

You will only be able to activate the link once, so make sure you have the time to complete an application (about 10 minutes). The link is only active as long as the position is open so make sure you apply in time, as you will not be able to after it has closed.
