What can you expect in our distribution centres?

  • Big benefits. Eligible employees may receive a profit share award as a percentage of annual earnings based on Canadian Tire’s profits from the previous year. This award supports employees’ short-term and long-term financial goals and allows employees to receive this award as taxable cash or as a deposit into a tax-free savings account, the Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), or the Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (GRRSP).
